Bulk Orders & Custom Requests

Need a larger order for a regional meeting, new store opening, or special event? We’re happy to help with volume discounts, custom solutions, and product recommendations tailored to your event needs.

Inventory & Backorders

Most items on the site are in stock and ready to ship. If inventory is unavailable, your order will automatically move into rush production.
Please note:
• Orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive separately
• Production typically takes 5–10 business days
• Allow 2–3 weeks total for delivery
• We will contact you if any item is delayed beyond standard lead times

To help ensure on-time delivery, please include your in-hands date (ideally one day before your event) in the checkout notes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to accommodate exchanges for sizing issues or defective items. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
